My name is Sophie Pratola and I am the owner  of Personally Trained By Sophie.  I oversee all the training.  Because of that, I develop close relationships with my clients which further allows me to help them reach their goals.

I have a BS in Food Science from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte. 


 

My name is Sophie Pratola and I am the owner  of Personally Trained By Sophie.  I oversee all the training.  Because of that, I develop close relationships with my clients which further allows me to help them reach their goals.

I have a BS in Food Science from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte. I have been personal training for over 10 years and am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.  I am also a member of the IDEA Health & Fitness Association.

I am the mother of two beautiful girls. I enjoy working out and love meeting new people. I coached gymnastics coach for over 15 years and love working with children and adults alike to promote healthy, active lifestyles.

My vision for Personally Trained By Sophie goes beyond strictly personal training. I am hoping to help get families and communities healthy by sharing my love for and knowledge of the fitness industry.

 Personally Trained By Sophie offers one on one and two on one personal training.  All the training is done by the owner, Sophie, so it is very personal.  Because of the nature of the personal relationship between the owner and client, trust and accountability become a vital part of training success. Workouts are tailored to each client’s

Workouts are tailored to each client’s individual needs and abilities. Sessions are filled with creative and functional exercises designed to keep clients engaged and progressing towards their fitness goals.
