It’s called “personal” training because it's tailored to you and your goals.
Choose between coming to my office or training in the comfort of your
own home. Personally Trained By Sophie is superior to other training
options, because I give you the flexibility to pick when and where you train.
For your convenience I offer appointments six days a week and on some holidays. Packages are available, but not required.
Sessions start at $50/hour for either one on one or two on one training. For groups of 3 or more check out my boot camp options.
I offer a variety of boot camps, designed to be a fun way to work out in a small group setting. They don’t require any equipment and challenge you using your surroundings and natural body weight. Just bring a mat or towel, water, and a willingness to work hard and have a good time. Have a boot camp idea that isn’t on here? Let me know, I'd be glad to do it!

Ladies night out boot camps: Instead of having drinks with the girls why not enjoy an evening of fun and fitness. You can gab and unwind while you burn calories.
Pre-prom boot camps: Look and feel your best for one of the most important nights of the year. Grab your friends and work out together before that big night gets here.
Neighborhood boot camps: Work out with your neighbors, it is a great way to find workout partners that live near you.
Family boot camps: A boot camp designed for a whole family to get fit and have fun together. This camp is for parents and children ages 5 and up. There is cardio in the form of games, strengthening exercises, and nutrition education. For more fun invite another family to join yours.
Stuck for a birthday party idea and don’t want to pay a fortune? Let me come and entertain your child and their friends for an hour. I will do different games and activities with them. All you need to provide is the back yard or space in your house and I will provide the fun. Sit back and take some pictures while your birthday party is the talk of the town. After playing I will even have a party favor so the guests will have something to remember the day by.

There are many different exercises you can do with your infant that will not only get you fit, but will also make them giggle and laugh. It is a great way to burn calories and bond with your baby.
