Personally Trained By Sophie offers one on one, two on one, and small group personal training. All the training is done by the owner, Sophie, so it is very personal. Workouts are tailored to each client’s individual needs and abilities. Sessions are filled with creative and functional exercises designed to keep clients engaged and progressing towards their fitness goals.
It’s called “personal” training because it’s tailored to you and your goals. I offer training in my clean and comfortable studio in a totally private environment. An hour-long session that is a hybrid of a group fitness interval class and a personal training session. Each class targets every major muscle group and incorporates cardio bursts. The major difference between these classes and others like them is the attention given to proper form for each participant.
