What is Small Group Training?
An hour-long session that is a hybrid of a group fitness interval class and a personal training session. Each class targets every major muscle group and incorporates cardio bursts. The major difference between these classes and others like them is the attention given to proper form for each participant. Group sizes are small enough to ensure both a good workout and a fun environment.
